Resort Services definition

Resort Services has the meaning specified on the first page of this Agreement.

Resort Services means those services which are provided to Resort Guests from time to time, and which are identified on Exhibit A attached to this Agreement. The use and receipt of Resort Services by Residence Owner and Authorized Parties shall be the subject of separate charges to Residence Owner, which charges may be changed from time to time by Resort Owner and/or Resort Operator at their sole and absolute discretion. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to require or shall be construed as requiring Resort Owner or Resort Operator to make specific services or products available at the Resort to Residence Owner, Authorized Parties or Resort Guests.

Resort Services. We agree to provide the specific services (“Services”) you have requested for your Pet for each separate lodging visit, and/or for specific day care or grooming visits. Payment for Services Rendered: You agree to pay us at the time of departure for the Services we provide to your Pet at the rates set forth on the rate card in effect at the start of such visit (collectively the “Charges”). Charges begin on the day you leave your Pet in our care. Check-out time is by the close of business on the Departure Date and additional charges will be due for late check-outs. Reservation Policy: Reservations for lodging or other services at Second Home Pet Resort are not guaranteed until confirmation is received by you from a member of our staff and until all pre-arrival requirements, including but not limited to receipt of acceptable vaccination and health information, and applicable deposits, are met. Vaccinations and Medical Information: No Pet can stay with us unless we have confirmation from a licensed veterinarian that all of the Pet’s required immunizations meet Second Home Pet Resort requirements and the Pet is healthy as set forth on the Policies page of Second Home Pet Resort’s website. Home-administered vaccinations will not be accepted.

Examples of Resort Services in a sentence

  • This work may include a 15% service charge assigned by Resort Services to coordinate and administer the outside contractor as well as inspect the completed work.

  • Any service calls to Resort Services during the extension period will be billed to the Owner.

Related to Resort Services

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
