Source Protection Plan means a drinking water source protection plan prepared under the Clean Water Act, 2006;
Resource recovery facility means a solid waste facility
Resource recovery means the recovery of material or energy from solid waste.
Resource Adequacy means the procurement obligation of load serving entities, including Buyer, as such obligations are described in CPUC Decisions D.00-00-000 and D.00-00-000 and subsequent CPUC decisions addressing Resource Adequacy issues, as those obligations may be altered from time to time in the CPUC Resource Adequacy Rulemakings (R.) 00-00-000 and (R.) 00-00-000 or by any successor proceeding, and all other Resource Adequacy obligations established by any other entity, including the CAISO.
disaster management means a continuous and integrated process of planning, organising, coordinating and implementing measures which are necessary or expedient for—
Hazardous Waste Management Facility means, as defined in NCGS 130A, Article 9, a facility for the collection, storage, processing, treatment, recycling, recovery, or disposal of hazardous waste.
Resource means a unique person, piece of equipment, or object that performs activities and has its schedule calculated by Application Software.
Fire Protection means all aspects of fire safety including but not limited to fire prevention, firefighting or Fire Suppression, pre-fire planning, fire investigation, public education and information, training or other staff development;
Disaster Recovery Services means the Services embodied in the processes and procedures for restoring the provision of Services following the occurrence of a Disaster, as detailed further in Call Off Schedule 8 (Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery);
Environmental Management Framework or “EMF” means the policy framework for environmental management, approved by the Project Implementing Entity’s Board of Directors on July 21, 2009, which sets forth the environmental policies and procedures that shall apply to the carrying out of the Project.
Solid waste management facility means the same as that term is defined in Section 19-6-502.
Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation means the “Base Flood Elevation” plus the “Freeboard”. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) have been determined, this elevation shall be the BFE plus two (2) feet of freeboard. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where no BFE has been established, this elevation shall be at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade.
Disaster Management Act means the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No.57 of 2002)
Waste management means the collection, transport, recovery and disposal of waste, including the supervision of such operations and the after-care of disposal sites, and including actions taken as a dealer or broker;
Processes with Significant Environmental Aspects means the Equipment which, during regular operation or if not properly operated or maintained, may cause or are likely to cause an adverse effect.
MFN Protection has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(e)(iii).
Resource Conservation and Recovery Act means the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 6901, et seq., as amended.
Flood Protection System means those physical structural works for which funds have been authorized, appropriated, and expended and which have been constructed specifically to modify flooding in order to reduce the extent of the area within a community subject to a "special flood hazard" and the extent of the depths of associated flooding. Such a system typically includes hurricane tidal barriers, dams, reservoirs, levees or dikes. These specialized flood modifying works are those constructed in conformance with sound engineering standards.
Conservation Plan means a document that outlines how a project site will be managed using best management practices to avoid potential negative environmental impacts.
Fire protection system means any device or system designed and installed to:
Virginia Stormwater Management Program or “VSMP” means a program approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, that has been established by a locality to manage the quality and quantity of runoff resulting from land-disturbing activities and shall include such items as local ordinances, rules, permit requirements, annual standards and specifications, policies and guidelines, technical materials, and requirements for plan review, inspection, enforcement, where authorized in this article, and evaluation consistent with the requirements of this article and associated regulations.
Earned value management system means an earned value management system that complies with the earned value management system guidelines in the ANSI/EIA-748.
Floodplain Management means the operation of an overall program of corrective and preventive measures for reducing flood damage, including but not limited to emergency preparedness plans, flood control works and floodplain management regulations.
Resource Adequacy Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.
Cathodic protection tester means a person who can demonstrate an understanding of the principles and measurements of all common types of cathodic protection systems as applied to buried or submerged metal piping and tank systems. At a minimum, such persons must have education and experience in soil resistivity, stray current, structure-to-soil potential, and component electrical isolation measurements of buried metal piping and tank systems.
