Respective Part of the Project definition

Respective Part of the Project means, for the Recipient and for any Project Implementing Entity, the part of the Project specified in the Legal Agreements to be carried out by it.

Respective Part of the Project means in respect of each Project Province, the activities under the Project carried out or to be carried out by said Project Province.

Respective Part of the Project means: (i) for each Project Province, its respective Project activities under Part A of the Project; (ii) for PC1, Part B of the Project; (iii) for PC2, Part C of the Project; and (iv) for PC3, Part D of the Project.

• Without limitation upon the provisions of Section 2.01 of this Agreement, and except as the Association and the Project Implementing Entity shall otherwise agree, the Project Implementing Entity shall carry out its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of the Schedule to this Agreement.

• The Project Implementing Entity shall ensure that its Respective Part of the Project is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Corruption Guidelines.

• The Project Implementing Entity shall maintain a financial management system and prepare financial statements in accordance with consistently applied accounting standards acceptable to the Association, both in a manner adequate to reflect the operations and financial condition of the Project Implementing Entity, including the operations, resources and expenditures related to its Respective Part of the Project.

• All goods, works and services required for the Project Implementing Entity’s Respective Part of the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Financing shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of Section III of Schedule 2 to the Financing Agreement.

• The Project Implementing Entity shall monitor and evaluate the progress of its Respective Part of the Project and prepare Project Reports for its Respective Part of the Project in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.08 (b) of the General Conditions and on the basis of the indicators acceptable to the Association.

More Definitions of Respective Part of the Project

Respective Part of the Project means: (i) in respect of EdL, Part A of the Project; and (ii) in respect of MIH, Part B of the Project.

Respective Part of the Project means Part 1 under Schedule 1 of this Agreement.

Respective Part of the Project means in respect of MAFF, Part A of the Project; in respect of MOH, Part B of the Project; and in respect of NCDM, Part C of the Project.

Respective Part of the Project means, for the Recipient and for any Project Implementing Entity, the part of the Project specified in the Grant Agreement or the Project Agreement, to be carried out by it.

Respective Part of the Project means: (a) in respect of Xxxxx Xxxx, Part A of the Project to be carried out in Dong Hoi; (b) in respect of Xxxx Xxxx, Part B of the Project to be carried out in Xxx Xxxx; and (c) in respect of Khanh Hoa, Part C of the Project to be carried out in Nha Trang.

Respective Part of the Project means: (i) in respect of Can Tho, Part A of the Project; (ii) in respect of Hai Xxxxx, Part B of the Project; (iii) in respect of Ho Chi Minh City, Part C of the Project; (iv) in respect of Nam Xxxx, Part D of the Project; and (v) in respect of MOC, Part E of the Project.

Respective Part of the Project means: (i) in respect of SBV, Part A of the Project; (ii) in respect of CIC, Part B of the Project; and (iii) in respect of DIV, Part C of the Project.
