Responsible Practitioner means any practitioner who is actively involved in the care of a patient at any point during the patient’s treatment at the Hospital and who has the responsibilities outlined in these Medical Staff Rules and Regulations. Responsible Practitioner means any Practitioner, including a Consulting Physician, who is actively involved in the care of a patient at any point during the patient’s treatment at the Hospital and who has the responsibilities outlined in the Medical Staff Rules and Regulations.
