Restated LLC Agreement definition

Restated LLC Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.

Restated LLC Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of the LLC in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit 2.1, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with its terms.
