Restockable and Resalable definition

Restockable and Resalable means Products and sales aids that are: (i) unopened and unused; (ii) the packaging and labeling has not been altered or damaged; (iii) the Product and packaging are in a condition such that it is a commercially reasonable practice within the trade to sell the merchandise at full price; (iv) the Product expiration date has not elapsed; and (v) the Product contains current Common Sense Wellness Worldwide labeling. Anymerchandise that is clearly identified at the time of sale as nonreturnable, discontinued, or as a seasonal item shall not be Restockable and Resalable.

  • In the case of loans to be guaranteed under the USDA Section 538 Guaranteed Rural Rental Housing Program, the lender must specify if the annual USDA guarantee fee will be paid out of the lender’s principal and interest payments.

  • If you cancel this Application and immediately return any Product received as Restockable and Resalable Product, then any payments made by you pursuant to the Agreement, and any negotiable instrument executed by you, will be returned within ten (10) business days.

  • If the Product returned is not Restockable and Resalable Product then the actual cost of such Product(s) may be deducted from the payment to be returned to you.

  • Drug therapy management means the review of a drug therapy regimen of a patient by one or more pharmacists for the purpose of evaluating and rendering advice to one or more practitioners regarding adjustment of the regimen.
