  • In the event the Mortgagor elects to perform any Restoration contemplated by this Section 10.3, the Mortgagee shall release such Net ------------ Condemnation Award or Net Insurance Proceeds to the Mortgagor as soon as practicable following receipt of a Restoration Election Notice in accordance with the provisions of Section 8.2(ii) of the Security Agreement.
