Restoration Expenses definition

Restoration Expenses means reasonable costs incurred by the Insured or an Investment Adviser, with the Company’s prior written consent, to restore, replace or reproduce damaged or destroyed computer programs, software or other electronic data stored within a Computer System, or that the Insured owns, holds or is responsible for, to the condition that existed immediately preceding a Computer Violation; provided that if it is determined by the Insured or Investment Adviser that such computer programs, software or other electronic data cannot reasonably be restored, replaced or reproduced, then Restoration Expenses means only the reasonable costs incurred by the Insured or an Investment Adviser, with the Company’s prior written consent, to reach such determination.Restoration Expenses do not include:
Restoration Expenses in relation to a Mortgage Loan means the aggregate amount of any costs or expenses actually paid or incurred by the Servicer, a Seller or the Trustee in connection with the restoration of the corresponding Mortgaged Property including, without limitation, any costs or expenses:
Restoration Expenses means such additional expenses paid as are necessary to place the structure in the same condition existing at the time such "concrete products" were determined to be defective; but in no event shall they include the cost of the "concrete products" themselves or labor incidental to their replacement.

Restoration Expenses means the expenses incurred related to the Restoration.

Related to Restoration Expenses

  • Election expenses means expenses incurred, whether before, during or after the election, on account of, or in respect of, the conduct or management of the election.

  • Transition Expenses The reasonable costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) of the Backup Servicer incurred in connection with the transferring the servicing obligations under this Agreement and amending this Agreement to reflect such transfer in an amount not to exceed $100,000.

  • Litigation Expenses means costs and expenses incurred in connection with commencing, prosecuting and settling the Action (which may include the costs and expenses of Plaintiffs directly related to their representation of the Settlement Class), for which Lead Counsel intends to apply to the Court for reimbursement from the Settlement Fund.

  • Litigation Expense means any expenses reasonably incurred in connection with investigating, defending or asserting any claim, action, suit or proceeding incident to any matter indemnified against under this Agreement, including, without limitation, court filing fees, court costs, arbitration fees or costs, witness fees, and fees and disbursements of legal counsel, investigators, expert witnesses, accountants and other professionals.

  • Disposition Expenses means reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Servicer in connection with the sale at auction or other disposition of a Leased Vehicle by the Servicer.

  • Administration Expenses means all fees, disbursements, expenses, costs, taxes and any other amounts incurred or payable by the Plaintiffs, Class Counsel or otherwise for the approval, implementation and operation of this Settlement Agreement, including the costs of notices, but excluding Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements.

  • Claim Expenses means reasonable documented attorneys’ fees and all other reasonable documented out-of-pocket costs, expenses and obligations (including experts’ fees, travel expenses, court costs, retainers, transcript fees, duplicating, printing and binding costs, as well as telecommunications, postage and courier charges) paid or incurred in connection with investigating, defending, being a witness in or participating in (including on appeal), or preparing to investigate, defend, be a witness in or participate in, any Claim, including any Action relating to a claim for indemnification or advancement brought by an Indemnified Party as contemplated in Section 7.5.

  • Exploration Expenditures means the sum of all costs of acquisition and maintenance of the Property, all exploration and development expenditures and all other costs and expenses of whatsoever kind or nature including those of a capital nature, incurred or chargeable by KRC with respect to the exploration and development of the Property and the placing of the Property into Commercial Production.

  • Common expense means the costs incurred by the association to exercise any of the powers provided for in this chapter.

  • Insurance Expenses means any Insurance Proceeds (i) applied to the repair of the related Leased Vehicle, (ii) released to the related Lessee in accordance with applicable law or the Customary Servicing Practices or (iii) representing other related expenses incurred by the Servicer that are not otherwise included in Liquidation Expenses or Disposition Expenses and recoverable by the Servicer under any applicable Servicer Basic Documents.

  • Insured Expenses Expenses covered by an Insurance Policy or any other insurance policy with respect to the Mortgage Loans.

  • Transportation Expense means the cost of Medically Necessary conveyance, personnel, and services or supplies.

  • Reimbursable Costs means expenses incurred by the employee in the course of engaging in the planned learning activity and include registration, tuition and examination fees as well as textbooks/discs and applicable taxes.
