Restored Value definition

Restored Value means the fair market value of the Project after Restoration as determined by an MAI or other qualified appraisal.
Restored Value means the value of the Property after Restoration.

  • On the occurrence of any Condemnation of, or damage or destruction to, the Property, the Board shall make a determination as to whether the Estimated Cost of Restoration is 75% or more of the estimated Restored Value of the Property.
