Restricted Cash Award definition

Restricted Cash Award means the cash award received upon exchange of Restricted Stock Units in the Restricted Stock Unit Exchange Offer that will pay an amount equal to the per share merger consideration set forth in the Acquisition Agreement upon vesting.
Restricted Cash Award means an award granted pursuant to Article III hereof. A Restricted Cash Award gives the recipient the right to receive cash in the future, subject to certain vesting and other conditions set forth in the Award Letter.

  • Performance Award means any right granted under Section 6(d) of the Plan.
