Restricted Certificated Security definition

Restricted Certificated Security means a Certificated Security which is a Transfer Restricted Security.

Restricted Certificated Security means a Certificated Security that is a Restricted Security.

Restricted Certificated Security means a Certificated Security bearing the Private Placement Legend.

• Upon satisfaction of the conditions of any of the subparagraphs in this Section 3.06(d)(ii), the Trustee shall cancel the Restricted Certificated Security and increase or cause to be increased the aggregate principal amount of the Unrestricted Global Security.

• In connection with the Exchange of the Owner’s beneficial interest in a Restricted Global Security for a Restricted C-2 Certificated Security with an equal principal amount, the Owner hereby certifies that the Restricted Certificated Security is being acquired for the Owner’s own account without transfer.

More Definitions of Restricted Certificated Security

Restricted Certificated Security means a Certificated Security offered and sold pursuant to an exemption from registration under the Securities Act.

Restricted Certificated Security means a Certificated Security required to bear the restricted legends required by footnote 2 of the form of Security set forth in Exhibit A of this Indenture.
