Restricted Market. (i) During the term of this Agreement, the parishes in Louisiana of Orleans, East Baton Rouge, St. Tammany, Caddo, Bossier, Ouachita, Calcasieu and Rapides, and all parishes, counties and municipalities within the other states within which the Company is then engaged in its Business and (ii) following termination of this Agreement for the periods of time in subsections 3(c) and 3(d), the above parishes of Louisiana, any parish of Louisiana in which the Company is engaged in its Business at the time of such termination, and such additional jurisdictions, as are specified in writing to Consultant at such time.
