Supplier agrees that no Products or Services under this Purchase Order or any Agreement will (i) be from or in a Restricted Market (as defined below); (ii) involve individuals ordinarily resident in a Restricted Market; or (iii) include companies, organizations or governmental authorities from or located in a Restricted Market.
