Restricted noxious weeds definition

Restricted noxious weeds means any species for which the department by rule has established an allowable tolerance;
Restricted noxious weeds means weeds that are objectionable in fields, lawns, or gardens, but that can be controlled by good cultural practices.

  • Noxious weed means a plant that when established is highly destructive, competitive, or difficult to control by cultural or chemical practices.

  • Restricted Areas means (i) all areas within the Project site that are not generally accessible to the public, including judges’ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, all non-public restrooms, elevators, break rooms, and corridors, and other non-public spaces that are dedicated for use only by judges or Court staff and employees, (ii) public areas of a Project site during non- business hours that are subject to security screening during normal business hours, and

  • Restricted Assets means all licenses, permits, franchises, approvals or other authorizations from any Governmental Authority from time to time granted to or otherwise held by the Company to the extent the same constitute “Excluded Assets” under (and as defined in) the Senior Lien Documents or the Junior Lien Documents or are similarly carved out from the granting clause or the collateral thereunder.
