Noxious weed means a plant that when established is highly destructive, competitive, or difficult to control by cultural or chemical practices.
Noxious weeds or "weeds" means any exotic plant species established or that may be introduced
Restricted Geographic Area means the territory in which, during the twenty-four (24) months prior to the Last Day, Participant: (a) provided services on behalf of the Company and/or any of its Subsidiaries (or in which Participant supervised the servicing activities), and/or (b) solicited Customers or otherwise sold products or services on behalf of the Company (or in which Participant supervised the solicitation or servicing activities related to such Customers).
Restricted Areas means (i) all areas within the Project site that are not generally accessible to the public, including judges’ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, all non-public restrooms, elevators, break rooms, and corridors, and other non-public spaces that are dedicated for use only by judges or Court staff and employees, (ii) public areas of a Project site during non- business hours that are subject to security screening during normal business hours, and
Restricted Assets means all licenses, permits, franchises, approvals or other authorizations from any Governmental Authority from time to time granted to or otherwise held by the Company to the extent the same constitute “Excluded Assets” under (and as defined in) the Senior Lien Documents or the Junior Lien Documents or are similarly carved out from the granting clause or the collateral thereunder.
