Restricted Processing definition

Restricted Processing means (1) the transferring of Agreement Personal Data outside the EEA or to an International Organization, and (2) any Processing of Agreement Personal Data that was transferred to any country outside the EEA or to an International Organization; in each case, where such transferring or Processing of Agreement Personal Data would be prohibited by Applicable Privacy Laws in the absence of Controller to Controller Standard Contractual Clauses.
Restricted Processing means Processing only for Restricted Purposes.

  • Without prejudice to Section 9.1 (Access; Rectification; Restricted Processing; Portability), Customer is responsible for exporting, before the applicable Term expires, any Customer Data it wishes to retain.

Related to Restricted Processing

  • Contracted Processor means a Subprocessor;

  • Restricted Services means services of any kind or character comparable to those Executive provided to the Company during the eighteen (18) month period immediately preceding Executive’s last date of employment with the Company.

  • investment services and activities means any of the services and activities listed in Section A of Annex I relating to any of the instruments listed in Section C of Annex I;

  • Interscholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete on a school vs. school basis.

  • Intrascholastic Activities means athletic or non-athletic/academic activities where students compete with students from within the same school.
