Restricted Processing definition

Restricted Processing means (1) the transferring of Agreement Personal Data outside the EEA or to an International Organization, and (2) any Processing of Agreement Personal Data that was transferred to any country outside the EEA or to an International Organization; in each case, where such transferring or Processing of Agreement Personal Data would be prohibited by Applicable Privacy Laws in the absence of Controller to Controller Standard Contractual Clauses.

  • Restricted Products means any products, equipment or machinery researched into, developed, manufactured, supplied, marketed, distributed or sold by the Company and with which the duties of the Executive were materially concerned or for which he was responsible during the Relevant Period, or any products, equipment or machinery of the same type or materially similar to those products, equipment or machinery;

  • Contracted Processor means a Subprocessor;

  • Food processing plant means a commercial operation that manufactures, packages, labels or stores food for human consumption and does not provide food directly to a consumer. “Food processing plant” does not include any of the following:

  • Motorcycling Activities means performing or participating in any capacity in any authorised or recognised Motorcycling Organisation event, meeting or activity;

  • Investment Related Property means: (i) all “investment property” (as such term is defined in Article 9 of the UCC) and (ii) all of the following (regardless of whether classified as investment property under the UCC): all Pledged Equity Interests, Pledged Debt, the Investment Accounts and certificates of deposit.

  • Restricted business operations means business operations in Sudan that include power production activities, mineral extraction activities, oil-related activities, or the production of military equipment, as those terms are defined in the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007 (Pub.
