Restricted Servicer Reports. Each of the CMSA Servicer Watchlist, CMSA Operating Statement Analysis, CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet and CMSA Comparative Financial Status Report. If a Restricted Servicer Report is filed with the Commission, it shall thereafter be an Unrestricted Servicer Report.
Restricted Servicer Reports means, collectively, to the extent not filed with the Commission, the CMSA Servicer Watch List, the CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report, the CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet, CMSA Financial File and the CMSA Comparative Financial Status Report.

Examples of Restricted Servicer Reports in a sentence
The Master Servicer may, but is not required to, make available each month via its Internet Website (i) to any interested party, the Unrestricted Servicer Reports, the CMSA Loan Setup File and the CMSA Loan Periodic Update File, and (ii) to any Privileged Person, with the use of a password provided by the Master Servicer, the Restricted Servicer Reports, the CMSA Financial File and the CMSA Property File.
The Trustee shall, upon written request, make available each month, on each Distribution Date, (i) the Restricted Servicer Reports, and (ii) the CMSA Property File and the CMSA Financial File to any Privileged Person and to any other Person upon the direction of the Depositor.
The Certificate Administrator shall also make available each month, on a restricted basis to any Privileged Person via its internet website, (i) the Restricted Servicer Reports, and (ii) any other report at the direction of the Depositor.
The Trustee shall make available each month, on each Distribution Date, (i) the Restricted Servicer Reports, (ii) the CMSA Property File and the CMSA Financial File and (iii) the CMSA Reconciliation of Funds Report to any Privileged Person and to any other Person upon the direction of the Depositor.
The Paying Agent shall provide access to the Restricted Servicer Reports, upon request, to each Certificateholder, each of the parties to this Agreement, each of the Rating Agencies, each of the Underwriters, the Operating Adviser, the Placement Agents and any Certificate Owner upon receipt (which may be in electronic form) from such person of an Investor Certificate in the form of Exhibit Y, and any other person upon the direction of the Depositor, the Placement Agents or any Underwriter.
