Restricted Servicer Reports. Each of the CMSA Servicer Watchlist, CMSA Operating Statement Analysis, CMSA NOI Adjustment Worksheet and CMSA Comparative Financial Status Report. If a Restricted Servicer Report is filed with the Commission, it shall thereafter be an Unrestricted Servicer Report.
Restricted Servicer Reports means the following reports in CMSA format (as in effect on the date hereof or as such formats may be changed from time to time by the CMSA) in, and containing substantially the information contemplated by, the forms attached hereto as part of Exhibit W prepared by the Master Servicer (combining reports in such forms prepared by the Master Servicer and the Special Servicer (with respect to Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans and REO Properties)): (i) a Comparative Financial Status Report; (ii) without duplication with Section 8.14, an NOI Adjustment Worksheet; (iii) without duplication with Section 8.14, a CMSA Operating Statement Analysis Report, (iv) subject to Section 8.11(h), a CMSA Watch List, (v) a Property File, (vi) without duplication with Section 8.14, a Financial File, (vii) a CMSA Special Servicer Loan File and (vii) a realized loss report substantially in the form included in Exhibit W.

Examples of Restricted Servicer Reports in a sentence

  • The Master Servicer may, but is not required to, make available each month via its Internet Website (i) to any interested party, the Unrestricted Servicer Reports, the CMSA Loan Setup File and the CMSA Loan Periodic Update File, and (ii) to any Privileged Person, with the use of a password provided by the Master Servicer, the Restricted Servicer Reports, the CMSA Financial File and the CMSA Property File.

  • The Trustee shall, upon written request, make available each month, on each Distribution Date, (i) the Restricted Servicer Reports, and (ii) the CMSA Property File and the CMSA Financial File to any Privileged Person and to any other Person upon the direction of the Depositor.
