Restrictive Determination Period definition

Restrictive Determination Period means (a) the Performance Period in the case of a Performance Award and (b) the period of time during which the applicable Time Restriction has not yet fully lapsed in the case of a Time-Based Award.

  • In the event of a termination of a Participant’s employment for any reason other than a Qualified Termination after the end of the applicable Restrictive Determination Period, any portion of the Earned Award or Time-Based Award that has not yet been settled in shares of Common Stock shall be forfeited.
