Result of an audit definition

Result of an audit means the final conclusions reached by the assessor during the audit process as described in Rule 191.
Result of an audit means the final conclusions reached by the Assessor during the audit process and shall include a description of any property subject to escape assessment as noted in the audit work papers or as identified in writing by the taxpayer.

  • FX Disruption Event ' means the occurrence of any event on any day or any number of consecutive days as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole and reasonable discretion that affects the Issuer’s currency hedging (if any) with respect to the Products.

  • Settlement Disruption Event means each of the following events, as determined by the Calculation Agent in its sole discretion acting in good faith and in a commercially reasonable manner:

  • Substantial disruption means without limitation that any one or more of the following occur as a result of the bullying:

  • Additional Disruption Event means any of Change in Law, Hedging Disruption and/or Increased Cost of Hedging.

  • Extraordinary Event means any event, circumstance or cause which Royal Bank determines has or will have a material adverse effect on the ability of Royal Bank to perform its obligations under the Notes or to hedge its position in respect of its obligation to make payment of amounts owing thereunder, including as a result of any of Royal Bank’s internal policies, and more specifically includes a Market Disruption Event in respect of any Share or Hedging Event.

  • Notice Event means any of the events enumerated in paragraph (b)(5)(i)(C) of the Rule and listed in Section 4(a) of this Disclosure Agreement.

  • Targeted Unsuccessful Security Incident means an Unsuccessful Security Incident that appears to be an attempt to obtain unauthorized Access, Use, Disclosure, modification or destruction of the Covered Entity’s Electronic PHI.

  • Technical Failure means the discontinuation of Development or Commercialization of a Product for technical, scientific, medical or regulatory reasons, including, but, not limited to, unacceptable preclinical toxicity, demonstration of a side effect profile significantly worse than currently marketed products, or inability to manufacture in an acceptable purity or for an acceptable price.

  • Force Majeure Event means an event, or a series of related events, that is outside the reasonable control of the party affected (including failures of the internet or any public telecommunications network, hacker attacks, denial of service attacks, virus or other malicious software attacks or infections, power failures, industrial disputes affecting any third party, changes to the law, disasters, explosions, fires, floods, riots, terrorist attacks and wars);

  • Flip-in Event means a transaction in or pursuant to which any Person becomes an Acquiring Person;

  • Benchmark Unavailability Period means, with respect to any Benchmark, the period (if any) (x) beginning at the time that a Benchmark Replacement Date pursuant to clauses (1) or (2) of that definition has occurred if, at such time, no Benchmark Replacement has replaced such then-current Benchmark for all purposes hereunder and under any Loan Document in accordance with Section 2.14 and (y) ending at the time that a Benchmark Replacement has replaced such then-current Benchmark for all purposes hereunder and under any Loan Document in accordance with Section 2.14.

  • Successful Respondent means an organization that receives a grant award as a result of this RFA. May also be referred to as "Grantee, ""Awarded Applicant," "Subrecipient" or "Grant Recipient."
