Resulting Issuer Common Shares definition

Resulting Issuer Common Shares means the common shares in the capital of the Resulting Issuer.

• It is anticipated that BC Co will rely on Rule 506(b) of Regulation D and Rule 903 of Regulation S, as applicable, in connection with the offer and sale of the Resulting Issuer Common Shares and Resulting Issuer Warrants.
