Retail Access Service definition

Retail Access Service means the service offered by the Company under applicable laws, regulations, tariffs and agreements, which allows the Customer to purchase Generation Service and transmission service from a licensed AES, with Power delivered through the Company’s Distribution System.
Retail Access Service means the service offered by the Cooperative under applicable laws, regulations, tariffs and agreements, which allows the Member-Consumer to purchase Generation Service from a licensed AES, with Power delivered through the Cooperative’s Distribution System.
Retail Access Service means the service offered by the Cooperative under applicable laws, regulations, tariffs and agreements, which allows the Member-Consumer to purchase generation service from a licensed AES, with power delivered through the Cooperative's distribution system. "Relevant Market" means either the Upper Peninsula or the Lower Peninsula of this state. "Slamming" means the act of changing the Member-Consumer's chosen AES, or changing the Member-Consumer from full requirements service to generation service from an AES, without the Member-Consumer's consent.

  • Rules and Regulations: Service is governed by the Cooperative’s Standard Rules and Regulations and the Cooperative’s Retail Access Service Tariff.

  • Potatoes shall be of a good keeping quality and of a multi-purpose variety suitable for all culinary purposes, (e.g. chipping, mashing, baking, roasting, etc) and shall not blacken or discolour when cooked.

  • Customers who desire to purchase their power supply from an Alternative Electric Supplier may have additional metering requirements as described in the Company’s Retail Access Service Tariff, RAS 1.

  • Switching - An eligible customer electing to purchase their power supply service from a licensed Alternative Electric Supplier with power delivered through the Company’s distribution system shall abide by the terms specified in the Company’s Retail Access Service RAS-1.

Related to Retail Access Service

  • Switched Access Service means an offering of facilities for the purpose of the origination or termination of traffic from or to Exchange Service customer in a given area pursuant to a Switched Access tariff. Switched Access Services include: Feature Group A, Feature Group B, Feature Group D, 800 Series, and 900 access. Switched Access does not include traffic exchanged between LECs for purpose of local exchange interconnection.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Access Service Request (ASR) is an industry standard form used by the Parties to add, establish, change or disconnect trunks for the purposes of Interconnection.

  • Personal wireless services means commercial mobile services, unlicensed wireless services, and common carrier wireless exchange access services, as defined by federal laws and regulations.

  • Access Channel means any Channel, or portion thereof, designated for Access purposes or otherwise made available to facilitate or transmit Access programming or services.
