Retail Group definition

Retail Group means, collectively, Retail Holdco and all of its Subsidiaries.
Retail Group means the Ticketing and Settlement Scheme Group referred to in Clause 15- 2(1)(c)(iii) below.
Retail Group means TopCo PLC and the subsidiary undertakings of the Original Borrower which will remain subsidiary undertakings of TopCo PLC on the Separation Date.
