Retail Group definition

Retail Group means the Ticketing and Settlement Scheme Group referred to in Clause 15- 2(1)(c)(iii) below.
Retail Group means, collectively, Retail Holdco and all of its Subsidiaries.
Retail Group means TopCo PLC and the subsidiary undertakings of Six Continents PLC which will remain as subsidiary undertakings of TopCo PLC on the Separation Date.
