Retail Support Fee Return definition

Retail Support Fee Return means that portion of the Retail Support Fee not allocated to classes of Retail Investors, which portion is then payable and reallocated to PSA Restriction Fee Creditors and members of Retail Investor classes that voted to accept the Plan in accordance with the provisions of Article VI hereof, the Plan and the Confirmation Order.
