Retailer Account definition

Retailer Account means the account maintaining Retailer’s account balance;
Retailer Account means an account established by IDT identifying a Retailer for purposes of directing Discounts, monitoring and managing Product sales activity and transferring Purchased Capacity (as defined in Section 2.1) to Customer Accounts.
Retailer Account means the account designated in writing by Retailer for receiving payment of amounts due to Retailer in terms hereof;

Examples of Retailer Account in a sentence

  • IDT may access a Retailer Account to fix, repair or maintain the account or to review any claim made by the Retailer.

  • A Retailer may restrict access to its Retailer Account in its discretion by accessing the Manage Access (or similar) page on the Portal.

  • All Discounts owed to Retailer shall be provided as balance to the Retailer Account and shall be entered as a credit in the Retailer’s Transaction History on the Portal.

  • Each Retailer is responsible for any transactions that are made via its Retailer Account including by anyone Retailer authorizes to utilize its Retailer Account or by anyone who accesses its Retailer Account as a result of Retailer’s failure to properly restrict access.

  • IDT reserves the right to deactivate any Retailer Account that has no Product sales or balance transfers to Customers within the previous 365 days.

  • A Retailer is responsible for any transactions that are made via its Retailer Account including by anyone Retailer authorizes to utilize its Retailer Account or by anyone who accesses its Retailer Account as a result of Retailer’s failure to properly restrict access.

  • Unless otherwise expressly set forth in an applicable Retailer Account Order, all work product or services provided or developed pursuant to this Agreement and all related intellectual property and other proprietary rights derived therefrom, will be the sole and exclusive property of loadbee.

  • We will ensure that your default payment method on file in your Retailer Account is charged for amounts due from you.

  • Faire will close your Retailer Account once there has been an accounting of all monies due and owing.

  • In the event Faire terminates these Retailer Terms, your Retailer Account and/or the General Terms due to your breach, you will remain liable for all amounts due hereunder.


More Definitions of Retailer Account

Retailer Account means a prepaid balance or a postpaid account funded by a Retailer from which Retailer can (a) distribute the Service by transferring portions of the

Related to Retailer Account

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Seller Account shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble of this Agreement.

  • Client Account means the unique personalised account of the Client consisting of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions and Orders in the Trading Platform, the balance of the Client money and deposit/withdrawal transactions of the Client money.

  • Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.

  • Billing Account is the checking account from which all Service fees will be automatically debited.

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • Servicer Account means any account established by Servicer in connection with the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • Master Account or “Judicial Council’s Master Account” shall mean the Judicial Council’s billing account to which the Contractor is authorized to charge specifically identified charges under this Agreement.

  • Separate Accounts means the accounts which are to be prepared for each

Other terms used in this EFT agreement may be defined elsewhere in the Banking Documents. • ATM Safety • Funds Transfers • Other Electronic Fund Transfer Services • Liability For Unauthorized Electronic Transfers • Other Electronic Fund Transfer Services Types of Transactions‌ We offer the following types of Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) Services for your Checking Account. • Direct Deposits. You can arrange for direct deposits to your checking and savings account(s). • Preauthorized Credits/Debits. We accept, on your behalf preauthorized Credits/Debits drawn on your Deposit Accounts which allow unrestricted activity. Through our electronic bill payment service, you are able to electronically transfer funds from your Deposit Account to other parties, provided the account allows such activity. We may conduct these transactions via Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) transfer. We may also accept and direct funds by wire transfer. Each of these services has unique fees associated with the transaction. Please consult our Schedule of Fees herein. When you provide the party initiating the withdrawal or deposit with advance authorization to make recurring ACH transfers to or from your Account, the transfers are referred to as "preauthorized transfers." Because these preauthorized transfers are performed electronically through the ACH, they are governed by federal regulations pertaining to EFT Services, which entitle you to certain benefits and protections in connection with the EFT Services, such as the right to receive a copy of your written authorization to make preauthorized transfers from your Account from the party that obtains it. • ATM and Point-of-Sale Transactions. ATM Transactions. ATM Cards issued by us to you remain our property and you may be requested to return the Card to us at any time for any reason. Each card is used in conjunction with an authorizing Personal Identification Number ("PIN"). To guard against someone initiating a transaction that you have not authorized, you must take all reasonable precautions to prevent any other person from learning your PIN. If you permit or authorize another person to use your Card and PIN, you will be liable for all resulting transactions. You may use your Card at ATMs which are a part of an Electronic Funds Transfer service network to which the Bank belongs ("EFT network"). ATM withdrawals are available up to the daily authorization limits disclosed below, provided the available balance in the Deposit Account associated with your card is greater than or equal to the amount requested, plus any fees that may be charged along with the cash disbursement. • Withdraw cash from your Checking Account. • Find out your Checking Account balances. • Transfer funds between your own accounts at the Bank (if available on the ATM in use). • Withdraw cash from your Savings Account. • Make deposits to your own accounts.

  • Linked Account means any controlled disbursement account, controlled balance account or other deposit account maintained by a Collection Account Bank for the Parent, the Performance Guarantor, the Servicer, any Originator or any Affiliate thereof and linked to any Collection Account by a zero balance account connection or other automated funding mechanism or controlled balance arrangement.
