Purchased Capacity definition

Purchased Capacity means Capacity Trade MDQ, confirmed and validated by the Service Provider in accordance with the Capacity Transfer and Auction Procedures, that the Shipper has acquired pursuant to an Operational Transfer.
Purchased Capacity means the Capacity on the Traffic Connections as to which the Purchaser has paid the Purchase Price and has been granted an IRU in accordance with this Agreement.
Purchased Capacity means the S Capacity set forth on Schedule I ------------------ hereto, together with to the extent necessary to allow the Purchaser to use its IRU in the applicable S Capacity, the applicable T Capacity.

Examples of Purchased Capacity in a sentence

  • Effective on the Payment Date, the Grantor grants to the Purchaser, for the term set forth in Section 12 of this Agreement, an IRU in the Purchased Capacity for which payment has been made in accordance with Section 3(b) of this Agreement.
