Purchased Capacity definition

Purchased Capacity means Capacity Trade MDQ, confirmed and validated by the Service Provider in accordance with the Capacity Transfer and Auction Procedures, that the Shipper has acquired pursuant to an Operational Transfer.
Purchased Capacity means the Capacity on the Traffic Connections as to which the Purchaser has paid the Purchase Price and has been granted an IRU in accordance with this Agreement.
Purchased Capacity means the S Capacity set forth on Schedule I ------------------ hereto, together with to the extent necessary to allow the Purchaser to use its IRU in the applicable S Capacity, the applicable T Capacity.

  • Refunds from suppliers of capacity are credited to account 242.1, “Undistributed Purchased Capacity Refunds.” Refunds from suppliers of gas and feed stocks are credited to account 242.2, “Undistributed Gas Suppliers’ Refunds.” Refunds associated with FERC Order 636 transition costs will not be credited to either 242 accounts, but will be credited directly to Account 175.46 - Transition Costs.

  • Purchased Capacity Credits may not be sold, transferred or used in any way other than as provided for under this Section.

  • The Purchased Capacity Master Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect as to other purchasing parties that are not Member Agencies, and DMWW shall retain the right to set rates and provide service under the Purchased Capacity Master Agreement for parties that are not Member Agencies of CIWW.
