Retained Copies definition

Retained Copies means one or more copies of the Purchased Technology retained by SELLER, such Retained Copies to be stripped of any PURCHASER policyholder data.
Retained Copies has the meaning set forth in Section 20.5(ii).
Retained Copies has the meaning set forth in Section 18.4(f)(iii).
