Retained Territories definition

Retained Territories means the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, the Peoples Republic of China, and South Korea.
Retained Territories means all countries and territories in the world other than the Territories.
Retained Territories means all of the countries and territories set forth on Exhibit D.
