Retention Account Pledge definition

Retention Account Pledge means a pledge agreement creating security in favour of the Security Trustee in respect of the Retention Account in such form as the Lenders may approve or require;

More Definitions of Retention Account Pledge

Retention Account Pledge means the pledge required to be executed hereunder by the Borrowers over the Retention Account in such form as the Bank may agree or require;;
