Retention Escrow Agreement definition

Retention Escrow Agreement means an escrow agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit D to be entered into on the Closing Date by the Member Representatives, Buyer and the Escrow Agent.
Retention Escrow Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1E(i).
Retention Escrow Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 8.1 hereof.
