Member Representatives definition
Member Representatives means persons appointed to the Committee on behalf of members of the respective schemes.
Member Representatives means persons appointed to the board for the purpose of representing members of the scheme and any connected scheme.

A proposed amendment is considered adopted if it receives a two-thirds affirmative vote from voting Member Representatives.
