Retention Escrow Amount definition

Retention Escrow Amount means an amount equal to Three Million Three Hundred and Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety-Seven Dollars ($3,308,597).
Retention Escrow Amount means one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000), less the Seller R&W Insurance Expense Withholding Amount.
Retention Escrow Amount means an amount in cash equal to $4,000,000.
