Retired Physician definition

Retired Physician means a Class Member who, subsequent to August 4, 1990, has become an inactive Physician, has retired from the practice of, or has otherwise ceased to practice, medicine or has died.
Retired Physician means a Physician that has retired and at the time of retirement was in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia, and that has been accepted by the Directors as a Voting Member;
Retired Physician means a physician who has ceased practicing for compensation, but retains an active Indiana license. For purposes of this rule, a physician who volunteers for any amount of time without prescriptive authority is considered a retired physician.
