As used in this chapter: (1) "Bona fide physician-patient relationship" means a treating or consulting relationship in the course of which a physician has completed a full assessment of the patient's medical history and current medical condition, including a personal physical examination.
Bona fide physician-patient relationship- means a relationship between a physician and patient in which the physician:(a) Has completed a full assessment of the patient’s medical history and current medical condition, including a personal physical examination; and(b) Has responsibility for the ongoing care and treatment of the patient.
As used in this act: 40 "Bona fide physician-patient relationship" means a physician has 41 completed a full assessment of the patient's medical history and 42 current medical condition, including a personal physical 43 examination.
