Retirement Income Benefit definition

Retirement Income Benefit means the deferred compensation retirement income benefit determined pursuant to Article 4.
Retirement Income Benefit means 1/12 of the benefit described in Article 3 payable as a monthly annuity.
Retirement Income Benefit means the benefit described in Section 3.

Retirement Income Benefit means the deferred compensation retirement income benefit provided to Participants and their beneficiaries in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Plan.
