Examples of Retirement Notice in a sentence
If an employee previously received the retirement PTO award in existence before September 1, 2012 (whether or not they actually retired), they are not eligible to receive this Retirement Notice Award.
Eligible regular employees who give between six (6) and nine (9) months’ advance notice of retirement and are at least age fifty-five (55) with at least twelve (12) years of continuous service will be eligible for a Retirement Notice Award.

Any teacher who has utilized all accumulated sick leave and the six-month disability, and is not currently working, may not apply for the Retirement Notice Incentive, except in special circumstances as determined by the Superintendent of Schools.
