Retirement Notice means a written notice from the Grantee to the Committee of the Grantee’s intention to retire from full-time employment and to either permanently retire from the Company (or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company) and the information technology industry or to change from full-time to part-time status with the Company (or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company) without any other employment in the information technology industry.

Retirement Notice means a written notice provided by a Participant to the Company of the Participant’s Retirement at least six months (or one year in the case of a Band 0, Band 1 or Band 2 Employee) prior to the Participant’s Termination of Employment as a result of Retirement.
