Retirement Qualifications definition

Retirement Qualifications means that, as of the agreed Retirement Date, Executive: (i) is 55 years or older, (ii) has been employed by the Company or one of its Affiliates for ten or more years and (iii) the Executive’s age plus the number of years the Executive has been employed with the Company or its Affiliates is greater than or equal to 70.

  • Qualification Period means the period of time in which the List of Approved Suppliers shall be valid in accordance with the Tender; in which the Company shall have the right, at any time to issue Purchase Order(s) for Goods and/or to approach any or all of the Approved Suppliers and invite them, by way of RFQ to supply Goods, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract.

However, if (i) the Employee is eligible to retire at age fifty-nine (59) after ten (10) Years of Service, (ii) the Employee gives two (2) years notice at age fifty-eight (58) that the Employee intends to retire at age sixty (60), and (iii) the Employee terminates employment upon reaching age sixty (60), then the Employee’s retirement at age sixty (60) would constitute a Qualifying Retirement.

Pension Plan.

  • Normal Retirement Date means the later of the Normal Retirement Age or Termination of Employment.

The annual Contributions and Phantom Contributions have been actuarially determined, using the assumptions set forth in Exhibit A, in order to fund for the projected Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit. The Supplemental Retirement Income Benefit for which Contributions (or Phantom Contributions) are being made (or recorded) is set forth in Exhibit A.

  • Data qualifier means a specified character (or string of characters) that immediately precedes a data field that defines the general category or intended use of the data that follows.

  • Pre-Retirement Survivor Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 6.

  • Disqualification means the Athlete’s results in a particular Competition or Event are invalidated, with all resulting Consequences including forfeiture of any medals, points and prizes;

  • Supplemental Retirement Plan means (i) the Company’s Amended and Restated Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, (ii) the Company’s Supplemental Management Retirement Plan, (iii) the Company’s Amended and Restated Top Hat Restoration Plan, and (iv) the Company’s Defined Contribution Restoration Plan.

  • Supplemental Retirement Benefit means the benefit determined under Article V of this Plan.
