Return Ratio definition

Return Ratio means, for any period, the ratio of Modified Net Income to Total Contributions.
Return Ratio means, for any period, the ratio of Funds from Operation to Total Contributions.
Return Ratio means the ratio of the Funds from Operations of the Company to the Gross Offering Proceeds of the Company calculated quarterly.

  • The applicable percentage used to calculate such Asset Management Fee shall be based upon the Return Ratio, calculated on a per annum basis, for the preceding calendar quarter.
