Returns Policy definition
Returns Policy has the meaning given in clause 5.1;
Returns Policy means the procedure and policy document issued by the Seller from time to time dealing with the return by the Buyer of Goods.
Returns Policy means the Ingram Micro policy located at Returns Policy as amended from time to time. The policy is incorporated herein by reference.

You must comply with the Returns Policy and/or this clause 5 (as the case may be), to the extent permitted by law and subject to any Non- Excludable Rights.
For the avoidance of doubt, neither the Returns Policy nor this clause 5 apply to Defective Goods, which are to be dealt with under clause 7.
These defective sales aids must be returned within thirty (30) days and in accordance with the foregoing Product Returns Policy.
The Company supports this recommendation by providing its generous Product Returns Policy, found in Section 6.
