Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.
15.3 If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, Health2Fitness Ltd will send a replacement component part under the terms of the warranty.
15.4 If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to Health2Fitness Ltd within 10 days and arrange collection and return. Health2Fitness Ltd is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.
15.5 You have a statutory right to a “cooling off” period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 days after the Goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to Health2Fitness Ltd within 7 days of receipt. Returns Policy. Vehicle returns require seven (7) days notice. Please book an appointment online to return your Vehicle. If you have not booked an appointment for return prior to your arrival, you will be charged the equivalent of one (1) week’s rent, instead of a notice period. If you have not booked an appointment and wish to return your Vehicle or you return your Vehicle before your billing date, you will not be reimbursed.

2.4.3.2 Customer initiated returns For Customer complaints within 14 days from delivery of the item, information will be provided to you regarding customer return items. Complaint items would be returned to you within 20 days of delivery. Shipping fees will be charged from you for customer returned orders and this will be deducted in the next payment cycle.
Returns Policy. In order to return Products, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from AEE Solar. If AEE Solar agrees to accept return of the Products, please clearly mark the RMA number on the return package. All Products must be returned with shipping prepaid and insured to the address specified by AEE Solar (which may be the address of the manufacturer). Damaged Products are not eligible for return credit. AEE Solar will notify you to make arrangements to dispose of damaged Product. If you fail to do so after 30 days, AEE Solar may dispose of the damaged Products without liability. AEE Solar reserves the right to apply any unused credit towards any outstanding balance or delinquency.
