Programme Materials means all materials designed and developed by the Group or the Partner, for inclusion within or use in connection with the Programmes and any other materials that the parties agree from time to time are to be designed and developed by the parties;

Programme Materials means, but is not limited to, distance learning materials, revision/assessment/toolkits, MCQ cards, passcards, question banks, review or practice exercises, mock exams (papers and suggested solutions), course companions, revision companions, combined companions, Online Study Materials and study texts;

• In certain circumstances, including (but not limited to) where We encounter a technical issue, there may be a delay to Your access to the Programme Materials via the Platform.

• Nothing in these Standard Terms & Conditions or in the Agreement shall vest in You any rights in the Programme Materials or any other material provided by or belonging to Us (or Our licensors, as appropriate).

• We are under no obligation to update the Programme Materials after they are provided to You.

• The licence granted to You does not give You any rights in the Programme Materials (including any materials that We may licence from third parties).

• We do not, however, make any representations, warranties or guarantees (whether express or implied) that the Programme Materials are accurate, complete or up-to-date.

More Definitions of Programme Materials

Programme Materials means any and all materials to which You may have access as a result of Your participation in the Programme (including but limited to any live or recorded coaching sessions, podcasts, audio or video files and any other recorded material delivered by Us or on Our behalf; webinars and written materials (including but not limited to workbooks, worksheets, presentations and other downloadable materials) whether in soft or hard copy;

Programme Materials means any and all Materials developed and/or generated by or on behalf of the Company and/or the ICR pursuant to conduct of the Programme, including the physical stocks of Programme Compounds.

Programme Materials means the materials provided by the Licensor to the Licensee to use, reproduce, implement, market and distribute for the purposes of this Agreement.

Programme Materials means all and any learning materials and/or any other literature, materials (including advertising or promotional materials), research methods, procedures, processes or programmes created or developed by a Party (or both of them) for use in respect of the Programme;
