Product Returns means returns of Product by customers.
Product Returns. Report the total litres of Product your customers returned to you. For the subsequent disposition of the returned Product, include these movements of your inventory in the appropriate columns of the Packaged Product Movement Summary (for example: include it in the “Breakage, defective, other write-offs” column if you destroyed it or include it in “Total shipments in BC” if you resold it.)
Product Returns means (x) all stockbalancing returns (designated as such by the distributor or reseller making the return) of the Licensed Products during the Term, up to the amount set forth in (i) above, plus (y) all non-stockbalancing and non-obsolete returns of Licensed Products received later than sixty (60) days after the Closing Date (as defined in the Software License Agreement). The End of Term Payment shall be satisfied by Symantec as set forth in Section 4 hereof.

More Definitions of Product Returns
Product Returns. A twenty percent (20%) return fee shall by charged by Company upon the return of the Products by Distributor unless such return is due to defects in design, material, or workmanship under normal use and service of the Products.

Product Returns means any Distributor Inventory that (A) is returned to Seller within the prescribed time period (which in any event will not exceed 180 days after the Closing Date) (the “Return Period”) in accordance with a written Contract between Seller and its distribution partner(s) in effect on the date hereof that permits such distribution partner to return any Product as a direct result of the characterization of the Contemplated Transactions as a “Change of Control” and the distribution partner identifies such a “Change of Control” as the reason for the return, (B) is made through authorized sales and distribution channels after the Closing Date, and (C) is in suitable and customary condition for sale within the industry that the Business operates. Buyer expressly agrees not to intentionally take any action or intentionally cause any other Person to take any action which would materially impede, circumvent, interfere with or otherwise materially and adversely affect Seller’s distributors in the sale of Products from such distributors’ inventory, including with respect to any distributor’s sale of Products to its customers, during the Return Period. For purposes of clarification, the provisions of this Section 6.2 do not affect Buyer’s obligations under Sections 2.3(c) and (d).
Product Returns means Transferred Products that were shipped by Seller prior to the Closing Date and that have not been sold to end-user customers as of the Closing Date that are returned after the Closing and which (i) are suitable for and capable of resale, (ii) do not constitute all or part of a line of discontinued Transferred Products, and (iii) are either (x) returned after December 31, 2003 and on or prior to the date that is the twelve (12) month anniversary of the Closing Date in an amount not less than $20,000 in the aggregate from any Distribution Channel Participant, or (y) returned on or prior to December 31, 2003.
Product Returns. Any product returns from unsatisfied purchasers will be sent to the Speaker. Purchaser must contact the speaker to obtain shipping and handling instructions. Speaker will promptly notify promoter of the return. If a refund is due according to any guarantees given by Speaker (see Paragraph 3), Speaker and Promoter shall remit their respective portions of the refund within seven (7) days of receipt of all materials comprising the product. No refund shall be due without return of a full set of saleable product to Speaker. Shipping cost will be borne by Shipper. No CODs will be accepted. If Speaker has already been paid by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, then no refund will be paid to purchaser until Speaker receives payment of the Promoter’s portion of the sale. If Promoter is to handle the refunds, then upon receipt of undamaged, saleable product by Speaker, Speaker will send Speaker’s commission to Promoter for refund to the buyer. Without the complete return to the Speaker of saleable product, the entire commission is still due to Speaker from the Promoter.
Product Returns means the return of products and damaged goods by trade customers of the Business.
