Revenue earned means the income actually received by the Operator from the Users in the corresponding month on account of payment for the Telecommunication Services. Earned Income does not include the income from the Telecommunication Services, rendered to the Users with the help of pay telephones, and on Operator’s call offices.

Gross income shall not be diminished as a result of the Security Instrument or the creation of any intervening estate or interest in the Property or any part thereof.

  • Energy savings performance contract means a contract under which the rate of payments is based upon energy and operational cost savings and a stipulated maximum energy consumption level over the life of the contract.
