Building Inspector means a person licensed to carry out completed residential building inspections under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Regulations 2003;

The Inspecting Officer means the person specified in the contract for the purpose of Inspection of stores or work under the contract and includes his authorised representative;

Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor means the Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor of the Authority, as the case may be
