Revenue Model definition

Revenue Model means Institutional Subscriptions, Consumer Purchases, Advertising Uses, Public Access Service and any other revenue models agreed between the Registry and Google pursuant to Section 4.7 (New Revenue Models).
Revenue Model means the revenue model that is used by the Service Provider to calculate Reference Tariffs for the Access Arrangement Period and as approved in the AER’s final decision for this Access Arrangement Period;

Examples of Revenue Model in a sentence

  • The Registry will give Registered Rightsholders and the Unclaimed Works Fiduciary at least sixty (60) days’ notice prior to Google offering any additional Revenue Model, and the right to exclude their Books or unclaimed Books, as the case may be, from such additional Revenue Model pursuant to Section 3.5(b) (Right to Exclude from Display Uses and Revenue Models).

  • CSG and Customer agree the system is not intended to store any personally identifiable information and as result Customer is responsible for ensuring no personal information is contained in any of the Vantage Revenue Model Activity Reports.
