As further consideration for the Loan made by the Lender, the Borrower hereby, jointly and severally, agrees to pay to the Lender at the Maturity Date contingent interest equal to the amount, if any, by which the Revenue Payments calculated in the manner specified on Exhibit A attached hereto exceed the aggregate amount of accrued Fixed Interest on the Note.
