Revenue Payments definition

Revenue Payments shall have the meaning given in Section 3.1(b).
Revenue Payments means the Jelmyto Revenue Payments and UGN-102 Revenue Payments.
Revenue Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.2.

More Definitions of Revenue Payments

Revenue Payments means such sums as contributed and paid by the Parties into the Pooled Fund at the commencement of the Term and thereafter on the 1st April of each subsequent year (if applicable) in accordance with the terms of Schedule 3 in respect of the costs incurred or to be incurred in paying for the Services
Revenue Payments means all revenue payments actually received by the Acquired Companies during an ongoing Event of Default.
