Revolving B Exposure definition

Revolving B Exposure means, with respect to any Revolving B Lender at any time, the sum of the Outstanding Amount of such Revolving B Lender’s Revolving B Loans and its Tranche B LC Exposure at such time.
Revolving B Exposure means the aggregate Outstanding Amount of the Revolving B Loans of any Revolving B Lender.
Revolving B Exposure means, as to any Lender at any time, the sum of such Lender’s U.S. Tranche Revolving B Exposure and such Lender’s Alternative Currency Tranche Revolving B Exposure.

More Definitions of Revolving B Exposure

Revolving B Exposure of any Lender at any time, means the outstanding principal amount of all Revolving B Loans owing to such Lender, plus any participations in Swing Loans purchased by such Lender hereunder to the extent such Swing Loans may be refinanced with Revolving B Loans pursuant to Section 2.3. With respect to any determination of “Revolving B Exposure” required by Sections 2.1 or 2.3, “Revolving B Exposure” shall be calculated without giving effect to any prepayment of the Revolving B Loans pursuant to Section 2.7.
Revolving B Exposure means, with respect to any Lender as of any date of determination, (a) prior to the termination of the Revolving B Commitments, that Lender’s Revolving B Commitment; and (b) after the termination of the Revolving B Commitments, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Revolving B Loans of that Lender.
