Note Indentures definition

Note Indentures means, collectively, the 2013 Note Indenture, the 2014 Note Indenture, the 2016 Note Indenture and the 2017 Note Indenture.
Note Indentures means (a) the indenture dated as of September 23, 2020, among U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, the Borrower and the guarantors party thereto in respect of the US$600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.125% senior unsecured notes due 2029 and (b) the indenture dated as of March 8, 2021, among U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, the Borrower and the guarantors party thereto in respect of the US$600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.50% senior unsecured notes due 2026.
