Revolving Loan Request definition

Revolving Loan Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.

Revolving Loan Request means a request by the Borrower for a Revolving Loan in accordance with Section 2.03, in substantially the form of Exhibit B.

• Each Revolving Loan Request shall be irrevocable and binding on the Borrowers and shall obligate the Borrowers to accept the Revolving Loan requested from such Lenders on the proposed Drawdown Date.
