RFP Awarded Annual Quantity definition

RFP Awarded Annual Quantity means a quantity of RECs specified as such in the Product Order of the Agreement, which reflects the total annual quantity of RECs that is awarded to Seller under the RFP.
RFP Awarded Annual Quantity means a quantity of RECs from the Project specified as such in the Product Order of the Agreement, which reflects the total annual quantity of RECs from the Project that is awarded to Seller under all Indexed REC agreements for the Project from the RFP.
