For each whole REC that the Company is obligated to purchase from the Customer, the Company will pay the Customer the daily unweighted average for the CR component, as described in Paragraph IV of the Company’s Rider G – Renewable Energy Program, which applies during the time period for which Excess Generation is determined.
The Board recognizes that these amounts will need to be recognized in a future Rider G application.
The parties shall comply with the implementation requirements contained Exhibit 2 to this Rider G.
Any existing NYPA EDP business customers served pursuant to the current statutory program, including Economic Development Power and high load factor customers served under Rider G, would be exempted from strandable cost recovery to the extent that portion of the customer's usage is provided by NYPA resources and so long as that customer continues to take service under Rider G or any successor tariff rider.
Rider G service must be contracted for separately and metered separately from service under SC 4.
