  • The Principal shall notify the Contractor of its intention to exercise the Right of Partial Acceptance in the termination notice given in accordance with Clause 11.1 or Clause 11.3 of this Agreement, specifying, in reasonable detail the Services or part of the Services which the Principal would like to partially accept.

  • Final Acceptance means final written acceptance of all the Work by the Commissioner, a copy of which shall be sent to the Contractor.
