Acceptance Notice definition

Acceptance Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(d)(iii).

• If a Customer representative was not present at the testing, Customer shall execute the Service Acceptance Notice and provide a copy to Seller within ten (10) days after receipt of the completed notice and test results.
